Ten Things I Like About Aruba

Jason and I have had quite a few challenges in the last few days, which I’m sure he’ll fill you in on later, so I’ve decided to focus on the positive instead of some of the negative by listing things I like about Aruba (not in any kind of order).

1 ) It is beach weather every day.

2 ) The food is very good.

3 ) The ocean water is clear blue and the sand is soft and white.

4 ) There are birds of every color including yellow-bellied ones that hang upside down, but not in a creepy sort of bat kind of way.

5 ) There are good local beers and I really like the wine from the grocery store.

6 ) There are many people speaking different languages and coming from all over the world in one very small place.

7 ) The floaty things at The Radisson are only $5 and they let me rent one even though I’m not a guest.

8 ) There are goats just wondering around.

9 ) They play good movies on all the channels we get in our condo.

10 ) There are beautiful fish that I had never seen before getting here.
